Hi everyone, my name is Mandy Doble and I’m a Community Health Care Support Worker in the Community Clinics at South Pembrokeshire Hospital. At 63, I’ve decided it’s time for a real adventure!

On 18^th April I am taking on a skydiving challenge in Swansea to raise funds for Hywel Dda Health Charities, supporting our Community Clinics.

The funds raised will go directly towards improving patient care, comfort and experience for the people who rely on our services every day.

The challenge is huge for me – exciting and a bit scary but absolutely worth it if it helps make a difference to our patients.
